attractive carmine color, pristine o.g., never hinged, extremely fine; a superb stamp for the perfectionist; 1982 PF certificate and a 2006 PSE certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,400.00); this example is the highest graded example in the PSE
population report, and the sole example to have been graded as such.
