Inverted, a lovely used example of this important revenue rarity,
being quite likely the finest available of the mere 12 examples recorded
by our firm, so faintly cancelled as to appear unused, gloriously rich
colors for this, centered a bit to right as is every known example, except
this possesses much better centering than most, very fine; this example,
and perhaps one other, may be the only fault free copies of this rarity in
existence; the Scott catalog notes "No. RB2bc is valued with small faults".
Accompanied by a 1983 PF certificate; ex-Joyce.
