#18a, 1895 10c Greenish blue and black, Center
Inverted, strong colors, o.g., very fine; not only is this inverted

bottom rows, which are perforated 12, probably unique with this "compound"
perforation; signed H. Bloch and accompanied by his 1981 Friedl certificate
(not noting the perf. variety) (Michel #21k; E2,200).
