#634A, 2c Carmine, Ty. II, a fabulous quality
mint example of this scarce stamp, being a bottom left corner sheet-margin
plate no. 19747 single, possessing extraordinarily large margins which are
most uncharacteristic of this and being marvelously well centered within
them, plus its color is the most incredibly intense shade which radiates
off the paper, immaculate o.g., n.h., an extremely fine gem certain to
satisfy the most demanding collector; 1986 and 1992 PF certificates, as
well as a 2006 PSE certificate (XF 90 Jumbo; SMQ $1,300.00 as 90 and
$2,650.00 as 95); ex-Morris.
#636, 4c Yellow brown, flawless centering within
unusually large margins, rich luxuriant color, pristine o.g., n.h., superb;
absolute perfection; 2006 PSE certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $175.00); one of
only two to have been given this lofty grade, and only one other ranks
higher (98J).
#640, 8c Olive green, brilliantly fresh,
exceptionally well centered, o.g., n.h., extremely fine gem; 2006 PSE
certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $38.00); the highest grade yet awarded to
any Scott #640.
#641, 9c Rose, an eye-arresting jumbo-margined
mint single, being a top left corner plate no. 19352 single possessing the
most immense margins we have seen on any value from this series,

centered within large margins, immaculate o.g., n.h., extremely fine gem; a

example of this scarce and distinctive color error, brilliantly fresh, with
strong unmistakable color, exceedingly well centered, especially when
compared to the small existing population, with unusually large margins all
around, pristine o.g., n.h., extremely fine; still undercataloged in our
opinion, despite recent increases in its catalog value, and certainly
irrelevant in this gem condition; 2002 PF certificate, as well as 2001 and
2006 PSE certificates (the latter graded XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,250.00);
the highest graded example in the PSE population report, and the sole
copy to have been given this impressive grade.

in truly superb condition, boasting flawless centering amid lavishly large
margins which are most uncharacteristic, gorgeous intense color and a
razor-sharp impression on immaculate paper, o.g., n.h., an extremely fine
gem in every regard; the key value to the "Kans." overprint series in the
finest possible condition; 1987 PF certificate and a 2006 PSE certificate
(Superb 98; SMQ $1,400.00); the highest grade assigned by the PSE to any
