being the scarce variety, not often seen in a pair with a normal stamp,
"Special/ 11 OC 21"/Sydney" 1921 c.d.s. cancels, variety with some short
perforations and slight thinning at right, very fine appearance; most
examples are poorly cancelled and difficult to assign to a particular
printing, so the "Special Sydney" c.d.s. is noteworthy (A$1,250). (Image) |
