Old time accumulation of many thousands of stamps on ancient manila pages as well as loose postal history particularly stationery inc #UX21, #UX11 and much more in quantity, as well as stockcards of revenues, old photographs and other collateral, somewhat chaotically presented in three volumes and a box requiring much work, nevertheless interesting. We note 1869s, fancy cancels, Washington/Franklin heads inc. coils, etc, with lots of mint from the 1920s onwards running into thousands of complete mint never hinged sets to the 1960s, plus back of the book inc. postage dues from the 19th ,century onwards with large multiples mint and used, airposts with useful mint such as block of four of the 1928 5cts, special deliveries, precanceled Post Office Department officials in large multiples, 'opened by mistake' labels, etc, etc.  ,Loaded with crusty stockcards with specialised Washington/Franklin studies, stationery cut-squares and lots of revenues with wine, pharmaceuticals, etc, 10cts green and 25cts red seen. A diverse and fascinating holding that will definitely reward the attention required in organisation. Please inspect carefully.
Several hundred covers and cards displayed in two bulging volumes. One of the books devoted to Naval postal history from pre-WWI onwards inc ship dockings in China, correspondences from the 1920s, interesting Paquebot items, submarines, steamship service cancels, hand-painted as well as photographic cachets inc. 'US Navy – Global Peace Through Mobile Seapower', etc. This is the most interesting part of the accumulation however there is the rest of the collection concentrates on railroad post and commemorative covers of the overland mail routes with some unusual and possibly scarce material present. Also seen other better postal history inc registered 10cts orange Pan-Pacific on registered cover, early , Canal Zone, 19th ,century advertising, cut squares, etc. A most worthwhile lot, much more here than described.
